Products and allowances
LoreVault provides a 14-day hands-on trial from successful activation, one user and vault, up to five knowledge spaces, 50 MB of accepted source data and 42 completed Ask responses. The Free CatalystOS Lite playbook has its own usage allowance and activation terms; it is not a SaaS subscription trial. Full assessments and LoreVault evidence enrichment are scoped through paid ECX services.
Wevn and Thesyx are read-only showcases. They do not execute workflows or connect to your systems.
Eligibility, capacity and invitations
We initially support 20 active participants across LoreVault and CatalystOS. One participant using both products occupies one platform place. Product-interest selection helps us check the applicable offer. Eligible applicants are invited in original signup order as places become available; registration does not guarantee admission.
Your email must be verified before you can be invited. Invitations have a limited claim window, shown in the invitation. Review the product's terms before activation. Registration does not provision resources or start a trial.
Email verification and signup order
Verify within five business days to keep your place. Business days are Monday–Friday, including holidays, counted from the original server-recorded signup time in UTC. Your verification email states the exact deadline.
Duplicate submissions preserve the original signup time while verification is pending within that window, or once verified. They do not send another verification message. Check spam or contact us if it does not arrive.
If you miss the deadline, your signup expires and you lose your place in line. A late verification link explains that you need to sign up again; the new signup receives a new position.
Registration information and messages
If you do not verify in time, your email is retained for 30 more calendar days for signup-completion follow-up, then deleted. Verified waitlist registrations are retained unless you request deletion. You can request deletion sooner; opt-out and deletion requests are handled independently of these time limits.
Optional product updates are separate from operational registration and invitation messages. Those operational messages are sent regardless of your product-update preference.
Trial expiry and saved work
LoreVault access ends 14 days after activation. Trial content is scheduled for deletion at the next UTC hour boundary. Keep your original files. Exact expiry and deletion times are shown before activation.
CatalystOS-owned playbooks follow CatalystOS retention rules; LoreVault expiry does not delete them. Retained work does not authorize additional free processing.
Data processing and authorized uploads
Initial sandbox data residency is the United States. Review the processing terms, product limits and activation terms before starting a trial or uploading data. Only upload information you are authorized to share.
